Welcome to use the cross-border transaction services provided by WXQP Cross-Border Auto Parts E-Commerce Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). We fully understand the importance of your personal information and business information to you. We will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), and adopt security measures including encrypted storage and access permission control to ensure the security and controllability of your information. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how the Platform collects, uses, stores, and shares your information, as well as the rights you have in managing your information. Please read and understand this Policy carefully before using the Platform's services.

1. Scope of Application

1.This Policy applies to all services provided by the Platform to you, including but not limited to account registration, product display, transaction matching, payment integration, logistics consultation, order management and other cross-border auto parts transaction-related services, covering web terminals, mobile terminals and any new service forms added in the future.

2.This Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties through the Platform (such as cooperative logistics providers, payment institutions, etc.). The information processing rules for third-party services shall be formulated separately by such third parties, and the Platform shall not be liable for the information processing behaviors of third parties.

2. Collection and Use of Information

We only collect information for the purpose of implementing the Platform's service functions, performing legal obligations, or with your consent. The information is divided into two categories: Necessary Information and Additional Information. Necessary Information is indispensable for the normal operation of services; if you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the Platform's core services. Additional Information is used to optimize service experience, and you may choose whether to provide it voluntarily.

2.1 Account Registration and Management

1.Basic Registration Information: Individual users are required to provide name, ID card number, contact phone number, email address, and residential address; enterprise users are required to provide color images of business licenses, legal representative information, contact person's name and contact details, enterprise bank account information, etc., which are used for identity verification, account creation and compliance filing.

2.Account Security Information: To identify abnormal account status and prevent account theft risks, we will collect your device information (such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier) and login logs (such as login time, IP address, login device).

3.Qualification Certification Information: If you apply to operate specific categories of auto parts (such as products requiring 3C, CE certification) or become a preferred merchant, you need to provide Additional Information including trademark authorization certificates, product quality inspection reports, and warehouse qualification certificates.

2.2 Transaction and Service-Related

1.Transaction Information: Including product information you publish (such as parts model, specification, certification documents, inventory quantity), order information (such as transaction amount, payment method, delivery address), logistics information (such as waybill number, scanned copies of documents required for customs clearance), and transaction communication records. Such information is used for order processing, logistics tracking, and dispute resolution.

2.Payment Information: When you select payment services, you need to provide bank card number, bank of deposit and other information (the Platform does not store complete bank card passwords), or authorize the Platform to obtain payment status information from cooperative payment institutions, which is used to complete cross-border payment settlement.

3.Service Notification Information: To send you notifications such as order status, logistics progress, and policy updates, we will use your reserved contact methods (phone, email) to send relevant information. You may voluntarily turn off non-essential notifications in account settings.

2.3 System Optimization and Security Assurance

1.To improve service experience and optimize the accuracy of product recommendations, we will analyze non-identifiable usage data, including product browsing history, search keywords, transaction preferences, etc. Such data will be anonymized and not associated with personal identity information.

2.To prevent illegal activities such as fraud, money laundering, and smuggling, we will collect and analyze transaction behavior data, and conduct risk screening on abnormal transactions (such as large-value and high-frequency transfers, abnormal orders across regions).

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We strictly restrict the scope of information sharing and only disclose your information under the following circumstances:

1.Sharing with Cooperative Institutions: Only for the purpose of service implementation, necessary information such as delivery address and customs clearance documents will be provided to cooperative logistics providers; payment-related information such as transaction amount and account information will be provided to payment institutions. Cooperative parties shall assume confidentiality obligations and shall not use such information for other purposes.

2.Legal and Compliance Disclosure: Disclose relevant information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, or mandatory instructions from judicial organs or administrative regulatory authorities; disclose information within a reasonable scope to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Platform (such as responding to fraud complaints) or protect public interests.

3.Authorized Disclosure: Disclose information to third parties with your explicit consent, such as synchronizing order information to your designated enterprise management system as required.

4. Storage and Protection of Information

1.Storage Period and Location: Your personal information will be stored during the account's existence and for 3 years after account cancellation (unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations); commercial information related to cross-border transactions will be stored for 5 years after the transaction is completed. Information is stored on servers that meet security standards within the territory of China. If cross-border transmission is required, we will obtain your separate authorization and comply with cross-border data transmission rules.

2.Security Protection Measures: SSL encryption technology is adopted to ensure data transmission security; hierarchical control of server access permissions is implemented; regular security vulnerability scanning and data backup are conducted. Platform employees can only access information within the scope necessary for performing their duties and have signed confidentiality agreements.

3.Data Breach Response: In the event of a data breach, we will immediately activate the emergency response plan, take remedial measures, and notify you through Platform announcements, text messages, etc. within 72 hours, and report to regulatory authorities if necessary.

5. Your Rights in Information Management

1.Inquiry and Correction: You may log in to your account at any time to inquire about and modify your personal and enterprise basic information on the "Personal Center - Information Management" page. If you need to correct certification information, you may contact customer service and provide relevant supporting documents.

2.Withdrawal of Authorization and Deletion: For Additional Information, you may withdraw authorization through account settings; if you believe the information collected by the Platform exceeds the necessary scope, you may apply for deletion. We will complete the processing within 15 working days after verification (except for information that must be retained in accordance with laws and regulations).

3.Account Cancellation: You may apply for account cancellation through customer service channels. After cancellation, we will stop using your information and legally delete or anonymize the data after the storage period expires, but the generated transaction records shall be retained in accordance with laws.

4.Complaint and Appeal: If you have objections to information processing, you may file a complaint through the contact methods listed in Article 7 of this Policy, and we will provide a reply within 10 working days; if you are dissatisfied with the handling result, you may appeal to regulatory authorities.

6. Updates and Notifications of the Policy

1.We may adjust this Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. The updated Policy will be notified to you through Platform homepage announcements, in-site messages, etc.

2.If the updated content involves your core rights (such as expansion of information collection scope, changes in sharing rules), we will prompt you to read the new Policy through pop-up windows. Your continued use of the Platform's services shall be deemed as your consent to the updated content.

7. Protection of Minors

The Platform's services are mainly oriented to adults and legally operating enterprises. If minors need to use the Platform, they shall register under the accompaniment of guardians and provide guardian information. We will not actively collect minors' personal information; if accidental collection is discovered, such information will be deleted immediately.
